What to include
- Your order number — the fastest way for us to find your order.
- The name and email address used on the order.
- The item or items you are writing about.
- Photos, if an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

Common requests
- Damaged, wrong, or missing item: tell us within 5 calendar days of the date you received the order.
- Returns: you can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Details are in our Refund Policy.
- Cancellations: we can usually cancel an order before it has been sent for fulfillment. After that point we cannot guarantee cancellation, but you can still return the item.
- Tracking has not moved: if your tracking number shows no movement for 7 business days, email us and we will look into it.
