These Terms of Service apply to discountsproduct.com and to every order placed on this site. Please read them before you buy. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Scope

Discounts Product Store operates this website. We sell to customers in the United States, and all prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.

We are starting with tires and plan to add more product categories over time.

These Terms work together with our other policies. Each one is part of your agreement with us:

Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the payment method you use belongs to you.

Please give us accurate billing and shipping details. Check your shipping address carefully before you pay. If a package is returned because the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, the shipping cost both ways is deducted from your refund.

Please do not use this site to commit fraud. Please do not place bulk orders for resale without asking us first, and do not copy our content or data by automated means.

Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email tells you that we received the order. It is not our acceptance of it. We accept your order when we release it to our supplier for fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel an order. Common reasons are an item that is no longer available, a price shown in error, an address we cannot ship to, or a suspected fraudulent order. If we cancel, we refund the full amount you paid for that order.

If you want to cancel: We can usually cancel an order before it is released to our supplier for fulfillment. After that point we cannot guarantee cancellation, but you can still return the item. See our Refund Policy for how returns work.

Prices and Pricing Errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time without notice. Any additional charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Our product data, including prices, is collected automatically from our suppliers. Automated data can be wrong. A feed can lag behind the supplier, a decimal point can land in the wrong place, or a supplier can change a price after we publish it.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order. This applies even if you already received an order confirmation and even if payment was taken. In that case we email you first, explain what happened, and refund the full amount you paid. We are not obligated to sell an item at a price that was published in error.

Product Information

Product titles, descriptions, specifications, images and fitment data come from our suppliers and from manufacturers. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Packaging, part numbers and product details can change without notice, and colors look different from screen to screen.

Tires are sized products. Please check the size, load index and speed rating against your vehicle before you order, and confirm the fit with a qualified tire professional if you are not sure.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with something missing, tell us within 5 calendar days of the date you receive it so we can make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Availability and Out-of-Stock Items

We do not hold stock. Availability shown on this site reflects supplier data at the time it was collected, and it can change before your order is processed.

If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we email you. You can wait for it if the supplier expects it back soon, switch to a different item, or cancel. If we cannot fill the order at all, we cancel it and refund the full amount you paid.

Merchant of Record

Discounts Product Store is the merchant of record for every order placed on this site. We are the party you buy from. Your payment is collected by us in U.S. dollars, and the charge for your order comes from us, not from the supplier who ships it. We handle order support, returns and refunds.

Fulfillment by Third-Party Suppliers

Your items are shipped directly to you from third-party suppliers and their warehouses in the United States. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Free standard shipping on orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may require an additional shipping charge, which is always shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to other countries, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Any delivery window shown on the site or in an email is an estimate, not a guarantee. Tires are heavy items, so they can take longer than a small parcel and may be delivered by a freight carrier. Our Shipping Policy covers delays, lost packages and tracking.

Intellectual Property and Brand Names

The layout, text and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them.

Brand names, product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify and describe the products we sell.

We are not an authorized dealer or authorized reseller for the brands we sell. We are not affiliated with them, sponsored by them, or endorsed by them.

Warranties

Because we are not an authorized dealer, a manufacturer warranty may not apply to an item bought from us. Many manufacturers honor warranty, road hazard or mileage claims only for purchases made from an authorized seller. Please do not assume that warranty coverage comes with your item. If warranty coverage matters to you, check with the manufacturer before you order.

To the extent allowed by law, products are sold as they come from the supplier, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not take away rights you have under the consumer laws of your state.

Our own Refund Policy still applies. Most items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date under the conditions described there.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Examples are lost time, lost income, vehicle downtime, towing, or installation and labor costs.

Tires and other vehicle parts should be installed and inspected by a qualified professional. We are not responsible for improper installation, improper use, or a size chosen by the customer that does not fit the vehicle.

Some states do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing Law and Disputes

We sell to customers in the United States. The consumer protection laws of the state where you live apply to your purchase, and nothing in these Terms removes a right you have under those laws.

If something goes wrong, please email us first at support@discountsproduct.com. Include your order number and a short description of the problem, plus photos if the item arrived damaged. We usually reply within 1-2 business days. Most issues can be settled by email, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our store grows. The date at the bottom of this page shows the most recent update. The version posted at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check this page again before you buy.
