Created in collaboration with chef Michael Tusk of San Francisco's Cotogna, this specialized pan is part of the Hestan Artisans Collection. It's crafted in Italy of hand-hammered copper and designed for Focaccia di'Recco – a classic Ligurian flatbread that Tusk makes with two layers of ultra-thin crispy dough surrounding a melted cheese center. Ideal for oven-to-table presentation, the pan is lined with tin for responsive heat conduction and boasts a wide, shallow profile that allows fast browning.
