Black Diamond Distance 1500 Headlamp

For fast-paced pushes and moving over technical terrain at night, the Black Diamond Distance 1500 headlamp features integrated PowerTap™ tech for long-range assessments and spotting trail markers.

• PowerTap technology boosts the light beam to its maximum setting of 1,500 lumens and 117 m; automatically dims after 10 sec. to save battery unless you customize it otherwise
• In temperature control mode, PowerTap technology allows for continuous 1,500-lumen output if environmental conditions allow for safe/functional operation
• Constant output programming provides continuous light before dropping to reserve power mode
• Engineered multifaceted lens provides smooth, diffused light that maintains depth perception without creating shadows to more easily spot obstacles with consistent visibility
• Helmet-compatible design with Comfort Cradle™ and removable top strap
• Comfort Cradle sits low and contours the head to prevent bounce while integrated cushioning offers all-night comfort; use with the top strap for security on technical terrain
• Rechargeable, built-in magnetic lithium-ion battery pack has enough capacity to last the entire night at a moderate setting
• Battery pack is interchangeable and easy to swap one-handed without stopping; features an integrated back red flasher
• 1 full battery lasts 8 hrs. at 300 lumens; 2 full batteries last 8 hrs. at 600 lumens
• IP67 water-resistance rating
